The VWR Intake Filter upgrades replace the restrictive factory paper filters with an improved, high flow and reusable lifetime foam filter. The VWR intake filter is constructed from three layer open-cell polyurethane foam, which gives a high level of filtration to protect the engine from contaminants in the air, while not restricting airflow.
