The tools you'll need are everyday shop items that you probably already have on your workbench: T25 Torx, T30 Torx, a clean and empty bucket, a jack and jack stands. You'll have to remove and reinstall some non-mechanical items, including the splashguard behind the front bumper, and the windshield washer reservoir. (The bucket is used for temporarily holding the fluid.) And you may have to trim or modify the sensor clips if your Audi has front parking sensors, which can then be retained and remain functional. The wheels can stay where they are - removing them isn't required, although some find it helpful.
