Overview

Clutch Masters single mass steel flywheel for the MK6 Golf R has been designed and tested to ensure absolute performance and quality. Manufactured from 4140 billet steel and SFI certified meeting performance standards for the automotive and motorsport industry. This performance single mass flywheel replaces the MK6 Golf R factory installed dual mass flywheel. The single mass flywheel provides reduces mass resulting in increased accleration, reduced turbo lag, and improved engine response. This flywheel coupled with the Clutch Masters FX400 clutch kit (available separatley) is used on the Integrated Engineering MK6 Golf R IE450T big turbo kit development car with impressive success.
