Completely reengineered the PRT system allows you to have a mild exhaust note at cruising speeds yet a forceful note on aggressive driving. The complex yet simple design gives you the increased sound and performance you are looking for with its straight through design on moderate to hard acceleration and then the unique purge chambers cancel out the unwanted interior noise during low rpm cruising speeds. The mufflers use 3" tubing for maximum flow throughout the system.

Headers for the Porsche 997 Turbo

The header sytem built by the team at Billy Boat Performance Exhaust is truly a work or art. Built using T321 stainless steel, the header uses a racing-inspired "tri-flow" collector for quicker turbo spooling and less turbo lag. The flanges are precision machined using 1/2" stainless steel and are fixture built and TIG welded for an exact fit.

Muffler By-Pass Pipes for the Porsche 997 Turbo

The muffler by-pass pipes available for the Porsche 997 Turbo offer an increase in performance, a weight saving, and in increase in the volume of the exhaust over the standard mufflers on the Porsche 997. Not for the faint of heart, this is a free flowing 3" system that can be built to connect to the factory OE tip or to a "racing inspired" 3"outlet.
